  • Contribution to diversity initiatives: Actively participates in or promotes actions that increase diversity and equity in hiring, promotions, and organizational culture.‍
  • Fostering an inclusive environment: Implements efforts to create an environment where colleagues feel valued, respected, and included.‍
  • Raising awareness and providing resources: Develops and implements programs, training, or resources that promote awareness and drive impact in D&I.‍
  • Commitment to transparency: Demonstrates accountability through transparent communication and reporting on D&I progress.
