You can apply on the page for each award: click on “Apply” in the awards category section on the main page.
· For the Company Category, applications can be submitted by members of those companies.
· For the People Category, applications must be submitted by someone nominating another person.

Then, simply fill out the form and answer the presented questions.

Question 2

Yes, it’s possible to apply for more than one award, both in the Company and People Categories. Just follow the application process for each award individually.

Question 3

Applications must be submitted until June 23, 2026 — the deadline has been extended.
The remaining process phases are:
· Evaluation of applications: until September 11, 2026
· Announcement of finalists: September 18, 2026
· Award ceremony: October 1, 2026

Question 4

Applications will be evaluated by a panel of specialised judges based on the evaluation criteria for each award. Each criteria has a percentage weight in the final evaluation, and the judges assign scores from 1 to 10 to each criteria, considering the responses provided.You can check the detailed process in the full regulations here.

The initiative is aimed at Portuguese companies and/or companies operating in Portugal.

Question 6

No. Participation in the 2026 Compensation Awards is completely free.

Question 7

The winners will be announced during the award ceremony, which will take place on October 1, 2026, in Lisbon.

Question 8

The winners of each award will receive:
· A physical trophy symbolizing their achievement.
· Digital materials, including an official badge, to promote their title in official communications.
